Mobicom 30th Anniversary All Employee Meeting

Client: Mobicom Corporation
Project: Mobicom 30th Anniversary All-Employee Meeting
Location: Ulaanbaatar and multiple branch locations across Mongolia
Year: 2026
Services: Event Management, Multi-Location Livestreaming, Content Production, Technical Coordination, Event Branding
Overview
To mark its 30th anniversary, Mobicom organized a company-wide employee event designed to bring together teams working across its headquarters, operational units and regional branches. The objective was not simply to host an anniversary celebration. The event needed to create one shared experience for employees participating from multiple locations while maintaining consistent program flow, visual identity and technical quality across the organization. Orgil Media was responsible for supporting the integrated event production, including multi-location broadcasting, content production, technical coordination and the visual event environment.
The Challenge
A company-wide event involving employees in different locations requires a different production model from a conventional single-venue gathering. The key challenges included:
- connecting the central event with regional and branch participants;
- coordinating multiple live video and audio feeds;
- maintaining a synchronized program across locations;
- ensuring remote employees were active participants rather than passive viewers;
- managing presentations, pre-produced content and live segments within one program;
- maintaining stable technical performance throughout the event;
- delivering a consistent anniversary identity across physical and digital touchpoints.
The production also required close coordination between the client’s internal team, branch contacts, speakers, technical suppliers and content-production teams.
Our Role
Orgil Media’s scope included:
- overall event-production coordination;
- multi-camera livestream planning and delivery;
- integration of regional and branch locations;
- technical communication with participating sites;
- event-program and run-of-show coordination;
- development and management of on-screen content;
- video and visual-content production;
- presentation and playback management;
- event branding and environmental visuals;
- technical rehearsals and signal testing;
- on-site production and cue management;
- event photography and video documentation.
Production Approach
The project was planned as one connected broadcast rather than a physical event with a livestream added afterwards. A centralized production structure was developed to manage:
- the main venue program;
- branch participation;
- live video connections;
- employee-interaction segments;
- presentation playback;
- anniversary videos;
- broadcast graphics;
- speaker transitions;
- technical cues.
Each participating location was provided with technical and operational instructions covering connection requirements, camera framing, audio, participation timing and rehearsal procedures. The program was then tested through coordinated technical rehearsals to verify the complete production chain before the live event.
Creating Synchronized Employee Participation
The production approach was designed to ensure that employees outside the central venue remained part of the anniversary experience. Remote locations were incorporated into the program through live connections, coordinated participation moments and shared visual content. This helped transform the event from a headquarters-centered broadcast into a unified company-wide gathering.
Visual Environment
The anniversary identity was applied consistently across:
- stage visuals;
- presentation screens;
- broadcast graphics;
- video content;
- event signage;
- physical decoration;
- employee-facing digital content.
The visual system ensured that employees experienced the same anniversary identity regardless of their location.
Outcome
The event created a synchronized platform through which Mobicom employees across multiple locations could participate in the company’s 30th anniversary. By integrating event management, livestream production, content and visual design within one coordinated system, the project supported both organizational communication and employee engagement at scale.
