Overview
Mongolia Mining 2026 brought together mining companies, equipment suppliers and industry professionals for one of Mongolia’s major sector exhibitions. Orgil Media supported Tavanbogd Construction Machinery (TCM) in delivering a professional and well-coordinated exhibition presence, managing the on-site booth setup and decoration, media production and day-to-day operational coordination throughout the expo.
Our Role
Our team was responsible for the smooth preparation and operation of the TCM exhibition booth, including:
- on-site booth decoration and setup;
- coordination of branding and display elements;
- booth readiness and on-site operational support;
- coordination with suppliers and relevant teams;
- photography and video coverage;
- exhibition and product documentation;
- social and highlight content production;
- overall coordination to ensure the booth operated smoothly throughout the event.
Production Approach
For an exhibition booth, execution extends beyond visual presentation. The space needs to be fully prepared before opening, remain organized throughout the event and support continuous interaction with visitors, partners and industry stakeholders. Orgil Media coordinated the physical setup, branding, media coverage and on-site requirements as one integrated workflow. This allowed the TCM team to focus on engaging visitors and presenting its products while our team managed the supporting production and operational details.
Outcome
The result was a professionally presented and smoothly operated TCM booth supported by consistent on-site branding and a strong library of photo and video content for event communication and post-event use.
