Overview
The “100 Unlocks – 100 Days” forum was organized to communicate policy actions, progress and priority initiatives within a formal government setting. Orgil Media supported the delivery of the forum at Government Palace, where accuracy, protocol, timing and stakeholder coordination were critical.
The Challenge
Government-level forums require more than visual production. They demand close coordination between organizers, speakers, protocol teams, technical suppliers, media representatives and venue personnel. The event also required complex information to be presented in a format that was accessible to both the in-room audience and wider public.
