Overview

Pizza Hut Champions Week 2026 brought more than 250 representatives from 13 Asia-Pacific markets to Mongolia, marking the first time the regional event was hosted in the country. Working in collaboration with Helvetica Events, an Indonesia-based international event agency, Orgil Media supported the delivery of the event as the local production and event management partner in Mongolia. The project required close coordination between the international agency, Pizza Hut stakeholders, technical teams, venue personnel and local suppliers to create a professional environment for the regional competition and associated activities.

Our Role

Orgil Media was responsible for the local execution of key event production requirements, supporting Helvetica Events throughout the preparation and on-site delivery of Champions Week 2026.

Our scope included:

• local event management and production coordination;
• venue preparation and operational setup;
• event decoration and branded environment installation;
• livestream production and technical support;
• coordination with local suppliers and production teams;
• on-site technical and operational management;
• support for rehearsals and event-day preparation;
• coordination between the international production team and local stakeholders.

The Approach

Delivering an international regional event locally requires more than simply preparing a venue.

For Champions Week 2026, the approach was to translate the international production requirements into an executable local operation while maintaining Pizza Hut's brand and event standards. Orgil Media worked closely with Helvetica Events to manage local resources, technical requirements and venue preparation, allowing the international production team to focus on the overall program while the local production infrastructure operated smoothly behind the scenes.
