Client: Mobinet
Date: September 21, 2026
Venue: Shangri-La, Ulaanbaatar
Services: Event Management · Media & Content Production · Stage Management · Guest Management · Cultural Programme Logistics
MobiConnect 2026 brought together more than 600 local and international guests to explore the technologies shaping Mongolia’s digital future. Presented by Mobicom Group as part of its 30th anniversary, the event combined industry discussions, corporate milestones, networking and an evening cultural programme.

Orgil Media worked with Mobinet across event management, media and content production, stage management, guest management and cultural programme logistics, bringing these responsibilities together within one coordinated project.
Event Management
The programme moved from parallel morning sessions on cybersecurity, next-generation connectivity and artificial intelligence to anniversary presentations, technology announcements and evening entertainment.
Our event management role connected the programme’s operational requirements with its on-site delivery. The focus was on coordinating event operations, production, stage activity, guest arrangements and the cultural agenda throughout the day.

Media and Content Production
Orgil Media handled media and content production for an event that combined technical discussions with Mobicom’s anniversary story and its vision for the future.
Our work connected content production with the live programme, supporting the presentation of the event’s messages and coordinating media activity with stage operations. This brought the content and event teams into a shared production approach.
Stage Management
Stage management linked the planned agenda with its live delivery. Our responsibilities centred on programme flow and coordination between the people and production elements involved on stage.
Speeches, presentations, ceremonial moments and entertainment each brought different requirements. Managing the transitions between these formats was an essential part of our role.
Guest Management
MobiConnect welcomed local business leaders, international technology representatives and institutional stakeholders.
Orgil Media’s guest management work supported the attendee experience within this varied programme. Guest arrangements were coordinated with the wider operational plan, connecting participant needs with the event’s schedule and activities.
Cultural Programme Logistics
The programme continued into a networking reception, dinner and VIP concert, bringing a cultural and celebratory dimension to the business conference.
Orgil Media managed cultural programme logistics, aligning this part of the event with the overall schedule and stage operations. The entertainment agenda formed part of the same coordinated delivery as the conference and anniversary programme.
One Project, Connected Capabilities
MobiConnect 2026 brought several of Orgil Media’s capabilities together: managing the event, producing media and content, coordinating the stage, supporting guests and delivering cultural programme logistics.
Working with Mobinet, our team contributed to an international gathering that connected technology discussions with business relationships and the celebration of a major corporate milestone.
