XM Traders’ Event — Media Production

Documenting the Event Through Photography and Video

Orgil Media delivered a media production package for the XM traders’ event, with a scope covering three event photographers, on-site screen connectivity and aftermovie production. The package combined visual documentation with technical support for the event’s screen presentation.

Our contribution covered both the live occasion and its lasting visual record: photography to document the event, screen connections to support the on-site viewing experience, and an aftermovie to bring the highlights together.

Event Photography — A Three-Photographer Team

Orgil Media assigned three photographers to cover the event. A team of this size allows photography coverage across different areas and perspectives, helping document moments that may happen simultaneously.

The approach brings together wider views that establish the setting with closer images of people and event details. These complementary perspectives create a fuller photographic record and provide a range of images for event recaps, social media and subsequent communications.

Livestream, multi-camera recording

Alongside photography, Orgil Media handled the event’s screen connectivity. This work supported the connection of visual content to the on-site displays, forming part of the technical delivery of the event.

Screen connectivity is a practical part of how an audience experiences visual material in the venue. Our role focused on this connection scope within the overall media package.

Aftermovie Production

Orgil Media also produced an aftermovie to turn the event footage into a concise recap. The purpose was to create a coherent record of the occasion, bringing selected moments together in a format suited to viewing and sharing after the event.

An aftermovie complements event photography by showing movement, atmosphere and the progression of the occasion. Together, the two formats give the client different ways to revisit and communicate the event.

A Combined Media Package

The project brought three connected services into one scope: photographic coverage, screen connectivity and aftermovie production. Through this package, Orgil Media supported the event’s on-site visual delivery while creating photo and video materials for use beyond the day itself.
